Meeting
Purpose
SABIO-RK (http://sabio.villa-bosch.de/SABIORK/) is a curated database
containing data about biochemical reactions and their kinetic properties based on literature information.
The data comprises information about reactions, their participants including enzyme properties, biological locations (organism, tissue, cell location),
kinetic parameters and rate equations determined for the reaction, and the experimental conditions used for the determination.
The User Meeting will focus on:
- the understanding of current SABIO-RK functionalities
- delivering insight into the curation process
- presentations of experiences by SABIO-RK users
- future developments
Beside presentations of SABIO-RK users and members of the development team there will be tutorials and discussions.
Participants are asked to bring their own laptops otherwise please contact the workshop organizer.

Short Presentations
Participants are invited to
send a title for a short presentation about work in progress if they want to be
considered for a short oral presentation (5-10 minutes). Please send your title for the presentation using the registration form.

registration of the workshop is closed.
Accommodation
We strongly advise you to
book your accommodation as early as possible, since Heidelberg hosts many conferences and is also a very popular tourist destination.

We will pay for taxi from Heidelberg city to the meeting location.

in Heidelberg, Schloss-Wolfsbrunnenweg 33, Germany.
