The three LES-MD trajectories of the unbound
Kt-U4 RNA (LES1, LES2, and LES4) described in detail in the paper are shown here
as MPEG movies. The trajectories are shown for one of the 4 copies/region (
the other 3 copies follow the same trajectory).
The RNA backbone is represented as grey tube,
while the bases are colored according to the residue names: adenines in red, guanines
in blues, cytosines in orange, and uracils in yellow. In CPK representation, oxygens
are shown in pink and nitrogens in cyan. Hydrogen bonds are shown in dotted black
lines.
